    The Company was established in 1981 by myself Alan Rowland after completing my National Certificate and Surrey County Certificate in arboriculture at Merrist Wood Agricultural College. From the firm's modest beginnings we now employ 15+ staff carrying out tree surgery mainly in the area south of the Thames to the M25.

    Farewell to Swamp Cypress

    October 23rd 2008 Swamp Cypress felled at Dulwich Picture Gallery

    Alan Rowland felled the Dulwich Picture Gallery's tallest tree, the 160 year old Swamp Cypress. The legacy of the tree will live on as the wood is to be sculpted to make attractive seats for the GalleryÕs garden.
